Now that you know to apply chap stick, drink a large glass of water, and exercise for thirty minutes daily – and you also know to sit or stand with excellent posture – let’s move on to our fifth habit: clean under your nails thoroughly every morning. I want you to clean out your nails meticulously every morning as you groom yourself. Get under those nails with soap and get out the dirt. Dirty nails are a dead give away that you aren’t polished (unless you happen to be gardening or digging a grave at the time), so make a point of this. It doesn’t need to take you long–perhaps a minute.
This is the fifth day of our primer, and I think that we’re doing a great job. At the end of about a month, we’ll have the foundations for a morning routine, an evening routine, and a set of daily deportment skills. If you’re just joining us, hop back to the first primer lesson. I want you to start at the beginning and work through the lessons one by one, day by day. We’re building habits here, so shortcuts are extremely counterproductive.

Thanks for the comment I appreciate it. I really like what you have going on here and plan to subscribe.
Wonderful; it’s great to meet you!
I received 5 points for the day! I got my exercise point by playing Dance Central on the Kinect, and that was a lot of fun.
I may be more polished than I thought. Or years of hairdressing has led to a compulsiveness about clean hands. *:)
That must be nice to discover. =) And just you wait–the primers will cover a lot of ground by the end of the month.
